The University of Exeter Science Park will be a public/private sector partnership with a site that will be at least 50 acres (200,000 m2). Current proposals relate to the development of either of two sites on the east side of the city of Exeter. The Science park will be linked to the University of Exeter Innovation Centre which aims to launch its second phase in 2007 creating a total of almost 50,000 sq ft (5,000 m2) lettable.
